This cartoon is so great!! what a classic! you will have one partner and make 2 atc's with betty boop on it :)

•send a extra for a heart..but please not this does not mean to make your atc poorly.

•Please send on time

•basic atc size is 2.5" by 3.5" and make sure you will be able to fit in basic atc sleeve. The card size is the basic size of a playin card or baseball card

•I will band any one who has no no sends in the past 3 months so if you do please do not join.

i think its not fair that swap is only regional and not internatioal because i love my betty boop and i can not do this swap because i live in australia and not in the usa
