Must have a rating of 4.98 or higher Please send your partner one pick a page deco,new, established, Homers are Ok, only if they go home to someone in the USA. Also no last signers for international, last signers ok for USA. Your deco must be an art deco. I will check profiles so we hopefully don't have someone who does not send. Please don't send a deco that is for your partner or one they have worked on. Deco booklets that are not flat and too rigid are nonmachinable and therefore can't be mailed for letter rate postage.
