Beginner Collage Fodder

Let’s make collage fodder! What is fodder? This is from the website: willawanders.com “ The most basic definition of collage fodder is anything that can be used in the creation of a collage. Collage fodder can be collected or handmade. It can be something like old vintage book pages and ticket stubs (aka vintage ephemera), junk mail, packaging materials, or vintage textiles.”

For our swap let’s mix at least two elements such as old book pages, or new paper with either something glued to it, sewn, or stapled. Or alternately drawn onto, doodled, splattered or painted with inks or paints or pencils or other marking pens.

For example I like to take old maps and draw on top of them and then cut out basic shapes like trees or leaves. But this is up to you and your style or color or theme.
