Anyone with a 4.98 or better rating may join and this is an International swap.

For this first round you will have 4 partners who you will send a naked Tourist postcard from any European country. It can be from a European city, the country, a tourist attraction like a museum (preferably not a hotel or accommodations). It may be a photograph or an artists rendition or graphic design but MUST have something to do with a country in Europe.
