ESG: Gratitude List

It seems that the end of each year is when we pause a bit, take a deep breath and remember to count our blessings with gratitude. Whether it's Thanksgiving, Christmas, Winter Solstice, Channukah or just the fact that we made it through another year.... it's always good to reflect and appreciate the good.

For this swap, we'll share a Gratitude List made around these 6 categories:

• People
• Places
• Books or Music
• Seasons
• Quiet-time, Prayer or Meditation
• Lessons learned

To complete the swap, you can make a list, share details or photos, or write out a paragraph (or more) for each prompt - - All sharing what you're grateful for and about in each of the categories. Then email to your partners or share a link to your personal blog post.

Feel free to be as creative as you like - Do a journal page and scan to share, or simply list your answers. The swap is due by December 31st, so there's plenty of time to ponder and create what you'd like to share.

It's so easy to get bogged down this time of year, so my hope is that even in all the activity and the goings-on, that we can focus on the positives and have an "Attitude of Gratitude".
