Gratitude List in a Card

I love making gratitude lists in my journal. It helps me put in perspective the things that happen to me on a daily basis. It helps boost my mood and I would love to share the feeling with others. So let's take a moment to reflect on the good in our lives then send that out to others. Grab a card and write a list of at least five things that you're grateful for - these can be anything you can think of big or small!

Remember to write the swap name/group on the card AND the envelope to help identify them.
