VC: Pretty Little Tag from Ruby and Pearl xo

I am a huge fan of Heather, known as Ruby and Pearl xo on YouTube. Her style is romantic and...and...well, it's amazing! She makes the most beautiful journals and all sorts of special goodies to put in the beautiful journals, such as tags and pockets and embellishments. Heather's latest video features some tags she made using paper and embellishing them with stenciled designs done with texture paste (actually, she uses spackle, and she likes it better than prepared texture paste!).
