Bible Study ~ Cleansing the Temple

Let's do a Bible study on Matthew 21:12-17 when Jesus cleansed the temple. Write/type the questions and your answers. Send them to your partner.

v. 12 Who did Jesus drive out inside of the temple? How did He do it?

v. 13 What did Jesus say to them? Why was prayer inside the temple so important? Read Isaiah 56:1-7.

v. 14 What did the blind and lame want from Jesus?

v. 15 What was the chief priests and the scribes attitude after seeing everything that took place? What were the children saying?

v. 16 What did the religious leaders ask Jesus? What was Jesus' reply to them?

v. 17 Where did Jesus go after He left them? What was He going to do there?

Find a scripture on prayer and write it down.
