Description:

I have found collaging to be very relaxing and a unique way to create random art pieces, so I have decided to start a monthly collage challenge.

You will be given four items that must be included in the collage. I will provide a โ€œwildcardโ€ that can replace one of the items or added as a bonus. The collages will be done on index card sized paper 3X5... with a sturdy backing to support the collage if needed.

For the first challenge I will make it easy to get us started. Collage card must include:

  1. a postage stamp
  2. something round/circular
  3. a piece of washi

  4. a flower

(Wildcard or bonus: Ledger paper)

Card design will always be senderโ€™s choice. Feel free to add any extras to complete but the collage must include the challenge items. Mixed media, texture, original drawings, magazine images, stamping, stitching, etc. are always welcome. There are plenty of YouTube videos for inspiration. Be unique and creative!

*Please put swap info and elements on back of card.

Postage should be minimal on these. If extras are included, please try to keep them flat to help with cost of mailing. Please join me in creating some small pieces of art. Hopefully, if the response goes well, I will post one monthly. As always, I appreciate your joiningโฃ๏ธ

@papertreasures17 I really like this idea! Are we using a regular 3x5 index card?

Yes. I will put dimensions in. No index card...no worries. Cut paper to 3x5 size. Thanks for kind words!
