Handmade Journal, Pocket & Embellishments

Let's create a nice paper project to send to our partner.

I've been a little obsessed with making these journal/pocket/embellishment packs and Amy gave me the idea for swapping them. I hope you'll join too.

This is an in depth swap. For your partner you will make

1 - mixed paper, sturdy cover, single signature journal, larger than 4 x 6 (no need to embellish the journal, this is for your partner to use)

1 - sturdy, decorated pocket, larger than 3 x 5

15 - handmade embellishments (think, layered pockets, tucks, tags, flips, dangles, journaling cards, anything to decorate journals)

15 - add ons, excluding scrapbook paper (this could be brads, die cuts, stamped images, fussy cuts images, ribbon, washi, handmade inclusion, fabric, envelopes, stickers, embossed shapes)

Please do not send pattern paper that has not been altered in some way. We all have scraps, I want this swap to be a bit more fun. This is an opportunity to send your partner things that they may not have. If you only have pattern paper in your stash, jazz it up with tea dye, paint splatter, cut out some shapes. Alter the paper in some way.

If it goes well maybe we can swap more in the future.

Due to postage prices, this is a US based swap. Postage will be $4-$7 ( based on the kits that i've made so far, this is the average) Please plan accordingly.

Also please decorate your outer envelope a bit so that it can be used for crafting as well.
