Send Me Junk!! USA

Hello all,

Let’s send materials to make a junk journal. This is a bit more intense because the idea is your partner should be able to make a junk journal form the items you send. Therefore, follow the list for the requirements needed and feel free to send extras if your heart so leads the way. Themes are optional but make your items cohesive so your partner can put together a nice journal. If you prefer a theme, please post in the comments but please know it’s not guaranteed your partner will be able to send that.

1 hard book or very sturdy cardboard cover no smaller 4x6

20 papers for the signatures (think gelli prints, book pages, ads, interesting magazine pages)

3 envelopes (recycled is fine)

1 paper bag

2 pieces of tissue paper no smaller than 8x8

4 journal cards

20 pieces of ephemera (Tickets, tags, die cuts, stamps, etc.)

4 samples of Washi tape 12 inches long

4 ribbons 12 inches long

4 pieces of fabric 4x6 or bit smaller

4 paperclips (no more than 2 of the same style or color)

2 random items of your choice

1 piece of string thread to sew in signatures
