Create a handmade postcard using security envelope patterned papers (you know you've been saving those bank account envies!) Cover at least 50% of the card in security envelope patterns. Use at least 3 different patterns. Make something wonderful!!! This is sender's choice, so you can begin now. Postcards should be sent naked. Be sure to properly label your postcard with the name of the swap and your SB name so your partner can rate you without having to hunt you down. Postcards can be a minimum of 4 x 6 inches but you can go larger if you'd like. Apply proper postage depending on size and bulk (USPS requirements for postcard rate: No more than 4-1/4 inches high x 6 inches long x 0.016 inches thick). Newbies welcome, as long as you have a well filled out profile. Vets need a 4.9 or better to join :) I will angel, but I will be really mad at the flaker about it! LOL ;) (Thanks, Angie!

I'm happy that is swap is happening as I have already made my postcard :-) Thank you to the new co-ordinator for taking it on .

That’s nice to hear, thanks! I’m happy to help :-) For those dozen that have this in your watch list, I’m just curious what’s holding you back from signing up? Is it too many swap commitments and your at the limit? Or do you just need more time to collect those cool colored envies?

For me the concern is not getting too involved at holiday season.

@CookieMomster78 my modus operandi is to put swaps on my watchlist, then review the watchlist to potentially join swaps as signup deadline approaches. easier for me to balance my commitments that way.

Thanks for the feedback, y'all!

This is bizarre - I tried to join this swap, but the "do you really want to do it?" page was blank. Now it doesn't show up in my watchlist or my current swaps, and i don't even see it in the list of swaps for the group. Weird! Maybe next time.

(i was able to navigate back to this page via browser back arrows, but the "join swap" link is gone.)

okay, i figured it out: the deadline was the 29th but i was trying to join on the 30th. i misread the dates, or hadn't reloaded the page (so join button still appeared), or some such.

@camelsamba I have the same swap going outside of a group if you’re interested http://swap-bot.com/swap/show/287849
