Description:

This will be an ongoing series. Each swap I will post a different challenge pertaining to poetry. All poetry must be new poetry that you, yourself create. You don't have to be an expert, I'm certainly not, you just have to try your best. For this swap, the challenge is:

1 - You must create 2 diamante poems (rules of the poem are below). Here is an example:

                     Lion

               Majestic, proud

         Roaring, snarling, prowling

      Mane, muscle . . . Fleece, fluff

         Bleating, leaping, grazing

                 Meek, gentle

                    Lamb

2 - One will be a synonym diamante (the first and last lines are synonyms) and the other will be an antonym diamante (like in the example, the first and last lines are antonyms, this is the most common form of diamante poems).

3 - One of your poems must be about an animal and the other poem's theme is your choice.

MORE ABOUT THE DIAMANTE:

Line A: Topic A (must be a noun)

Line B: Two vivid adjectives that describe Topic A

Line C: Three interesting β€œ-ing” action verbs that describe Topic A

Line D: Two concrete nouns about Topic A and two about Topic G

Line E: Three interesting β€œ-ing” action verbs that describe Topic G

Line F: Two vivid adjectives that describe Topic G

Line G: Topic G (must be a noun)

I see "Type 2: Flatmail" but I don't see if it should be a postcard, note card, or a letter... or does it matter?

I would prefer a notecard, letter, or written on some sort of paper and in an envelope.
