Regifting Someone else's Treasure

We all get those wonderful gifts we dont know what to do with or what their purpose is, or we dont read another langauge trivia pursuit game, a disco light , you kinda carch my drift here.

I think there is nothing wrong with regifting as long as its not back to the previous gifter. Its used or been swapped way too many times time to retire it to the Smithsonian. Anything But food, certain materials and fragrance items. If you have any allergies please state below.

The value should be no more than $10 no less than $5. Must be in its original packaging and rewrapped. Please wrap and put a card with it with yoiur name, swap name, why u picked this gift and if it has a story to it.
