CL - Book Genre Challenge Swap Dec 18

Every month, we'll explore a different genre by reading a single book and sharing our thoughts with our partners.

December genre is Popular science (scientific facts in any discipline, presented interestingly for general public)

Send an email or swap-bot message to your partners with the following info:

• Title & author of the book you read

• Why did you choose this book?

• A brief summary of the book

• A brief review--what did you think of it?

• Your experience with the genre (have you read a lot? a little? was this your first?)

• Is this book a good representation of this genre?

• Would you read more from this genre? How did this book contribute to your feel about this genre?

3 partners. Manual filtering because within a group. I will definitely check profiles.

• Feb 19 : Manga/ Graphic Novel

• March 19 : Chick-Lit

• April 19 : (modified) A book written by a teenager

• May 19 : True crime

Apart from genre challenge, I am planning to have more reading challenges in 2019.

Women authors country-wise - we take up an Anglophone country & choose one woman author & read a book. This might be monthly or bi-monthly.
