Description:

Use an unwanted new postcard or make one from some thick paper, regular postcard size (3 x 5, 4 x 6, something like that.) Completely cover one side in kawaii sticker flakes. I mean, COVER that thing so it becomes one big sticker flake. This is going to be a little more lenient on branding but try to keep most of them acceptable brands. Might be a great time to use those flakes you don't like. ;) Be sure to give the flakes a good rub down to make sure they're well stuck. lol. Tell your partner one thing you'd like to do this year. Include the swap name and your swapbot name, too. Send your newly created postcard stamped and naked. That's it. You can do this ahead of time and have it ready to go.

Edited to add: you can cover the front of the card with clear tape if you need to.

So you won't need to cover the card with tape...

I find stickers and such don't stick well to glossy photo postcards. A USPS prepaid postcard is perfect for this sort of swap, or one made from card stock. Avoid tourist postcards or any others that feel smooth.

Great pointer! I added the edit in the swap description after experimenting with a couple different types of cards. Those little flakies refuse to stay down on glossy cards!
