Description:

You will create an art journal from a 5x7 journal or larger that is bound at the edges. Then decorate at least 25 pages using collage, paint or ink, stamped backgrounds. Tissue paper and napkins are light weight but need to have a coating of modge podge or gel medium(works best).

Then add quotes, thoughts or dreams about life-can be day to day events and receipts like a magpie journal or dreams of travel, goals etc.

To top off the journal add extras that you think your partner would use to create another journal or atc-embellishments, quotes, etc.

Since this is a time intensive swap you must have 25 or more swaps completed as well as a rating of 4.9. You will have a month at minimum to complete your journal. It can be mailed in a flat rate priority mail envelop for $6.65. You can start right away then add profile items later. If you live in a cold climate like I do it is a great way to spend your time and be creative.

So if I'm understanding this right we would be making 25 background pages where we then add journaling to. Along with extras for your partner to use in their journals. So we are not really making a art journal

Let me see if I can clear this up-You can buy a bound journal not a notebook with spiral binding. You then decorate the pages and add quotes, journaling etc by hand or used printed paper from the computer, magazines etc.
