Create one Halloween inspired ATC and then send it in an halloween inspired envelope.

You can use any type of artistic medium you choose. Please make a nice, well made card. Also the envelope must be decorated in a Halloween theme. No sticker slapping.

Yes: you can make an envelope from a book or magazine page. You can decorate a white envie with drawings, stamps, stickers, collage.

International, please secure any collaged envies with tape, or..... Specially if taking a long mail journey.
