With a midnight starlight theme, decorate an envelope for your partner and enclose your favorite midnight memory on a starlight themed card you make or buy. Also enclose a little piece of midnight or moonlight or starlight art you make--an ATC, a mini canvas, a drawing or painting...anything goes just as long as you make it!
