[Naked.] Don't sign up if you can't send by the mail date or at all. Rate a five if: 1) it is send on time 2) written on and stamped right on the card 3) there is a story or something more than a few simple sentences. I reserve the right to ban anyone I do not see fit for this. No newbies because there is so many partners.

Questions: 1. If less han 10 people signup, I'd guess that is the # of partners we'll have? 2. Are MailArt/handmade PCs OK, or is that up to the sender or recipient? Thanks! GinaVisione

1) yes, it always is with my swaps. Though it seems many are watching.

2) i'm kind of iffy on this: as a swap host I'd say as long as it's quality and not just plain cardstock with stickers for example then yes. If you want to check with recipient, that is up to you.
