Description:

I really appreciate swaps in which I get to know my partners beyond the surface "Hello" or "Quote" written on a postcard.

This swap is about taking the time to reveal a little bit more about yourself and your creativity. You will choose 4 of the topics below and send your partner a different photo notecard or a different postcard for the next 4 weeks. That is, 1 notecard or one postcard per week for 4 weeks after partners are assigned.

You will write inside the notecards and/or write on the postcard (and send it naked). You can write about anything--but move beyond the surface conversations about weather and nail color. Make this a brief weekly conversation with your partner, so definitely more than just a quote on a card or postcard.

The photos must be taken by you and they must be printed professionally or with a high quality photo printer on photo paper.

Choose 4 of the following topics:

  • Alone
  • Fragrant
  • Color
  • Time
  • Beauty
  • Awesome
  • Childish
  • Linear
  • Sweet

In short, you will send your partner 1 photo postcard or notecard (written on by you) per week for 4 weeks. You can interpret the "topic" in any way you choose, but aim for images beyond the ordinary or that profoundly express the topic.

Extras are not necessary. Focus, instead, on the quality of the swap.

Rate your partner after you receive the fourth postcard or notecard, but send a note via profile or PM to let your partner know cards are (or are not) arriving.
