Description:

This is postcard swap with a crafty element.

It is not really an EASTER themed swap. It is a bunny ear swap. Please don't do Easter as not all people celebrate this Holiday. Thanks for understanding.

You need 3 Postcards, new unused, store bought postcard. Not handmade cards, not Free ad cards. Pick 3 that that would be fun to add bunny ears. I don't mean two human finger up behind someone's head in photos. I mean bunny, as in Rabbit ears.

So lets say you have an alligator postcard, and you add bunny ears to the alligator. I think it would be super funny to add bunny ears to some military guy on a horse. Maybe a dog postcard. Get the idea?

Hmmmm.. how can you do that? Draw, rubber stamp, stickers cut and and glue down firmly. I personally found a rubber stamp of bunny ears, which is what gave me this idea.

We are adding postage stamps and sending them in the mail naked meaning no envelope to protect it. Keep this in mind when you add those bunny ears.

Please write a note on the cards. Tell a rabbit joke if you have to.

Please rate a 5 if you get a PC with bunny ears added to some image. Please check that your bunny ears wont rub off or fall off.

Save the Drama for your PE teacher cause your momma don't want to hear it either.

I will angel this swap, After you have pmed your partner twice and have rated them a 1.

Newbies welcomed with a filled out profile.

cut and paste experiment...using glue stick to secure ears ...knowing full well that I receive PCs where the postal sorting machines brutally rub off anything in the middle ...glue stick glue fails sometimes in the cold ...it's cold here in Canada...so...I have a hot laminator...I separated the top and bottom sheets, placed the back of the PCs on a plain piece of paper, put the glue side of one sheet down on top of the PCs, ran it through the laminator, then cut right along the edges of the PCs and of course the plain paper simply falls away leaving the original back of the PC...I ran them through the laminator a 2nd time and that gave them a better bond and a nice glossy finish...success! This way the printed paper ears and the ink on them will remain protected. End of experiment. I might even do this again for family at Easter instead of buying greeting cards...they know my humour is warped ha ha!

Thanks for the info on your experiment. I have a rubber stamp, and I might heat emboss the bunny ears on the cards. We will see how the heat might effect the postcard.

I admit, I know nothing about embossing. But, my experiment worked so well that I made 7 more bunny eared post cards and added Easter sayings also on the front, for family...thanks for the amusing idea.
