The End

The Business

I've tried to construct the questions so they aren't simply yes or no. Please answer with at least one sentence. (Consider multiple questions listed together with no space in between as one question. They are designed that way to avoid yes/no answers.) There are actually more than 100 questions so that allows you some room if you miss or wish to skip a few. You must rate a 5 if you get 100 well-answered questions sent on time.

I'm allowing newbies (with well-filled out profile) and low-ish ratings as this is an easy swap to angel. Please let me know right away if you don't receive this swap or have any troubles. It's courteous to rate right away or reply to your partner so they know it was received as emails sometimes go astray. Please do not rate your partner down for a no-send until you've checked with them. Maybe they just typed the addy in wrong!

If you ever run this again with questions in groups of say..25 or so, please let me know! Looks like fun but 400+ answers is a lot for me to read, think about, and reply to in an intelligent manner (in the rating comment). Thanks.

junemoon 09/24/2016 #

I just joined because I love questionnaires, especially answering but also reading other people's answers.

But feel a bit like User2637 -- I'd say fifty questions are enough-this is a long questionnaire and personally I'll enjoy the swap but it will take quite a bit of time.

MiniQuilt 09/24/2016 #

The questions need # (numbers) for each question. I find myself getting lost, as I have trouble finding where I left off so I could answer the question. MQ

Missir 09/24/2016 #

I like the longer lists of questions, personally. But I also feel that numbers would make it easier. :)

OonaWingedWolf 09/26/2016 #

Yes, please update with numbers. It would help a lot.

thebragal 09/26/2016 #

I'd love to add numbers but when I tried it before, it wouldn't format properly. If you look again tho you will see its sub divided into sections so that helps a lot. I'm sorry. I did try last time.

I will change it to 3 partners. That's how I ran it last time.

As for there being too many questions, I appreciate your comment, it is a lot. But last time I ran this it hit top 10 quickly and even made it to #1. So I think enough people will enjoy it as is. If you like a shorter set of questions, I will be rerunning End of Year Questions in late October. Many people enjoyed that one too and it's quite a bit shorter. Less than 40 questions I think.

If someone will remind me how to change text to bold, I will highlight the section headings. I tried adding extra spaces but the 'bot deleted them.

aligurl75 10/ 2/2016 #

@thebragal just put a pound symbol before the line of text that you want highlighted. ( Shift + 3) I don't want to actually type it because I am afraid it will just BOLD my word instead of trying to show what I mean.. hahahah... The more pound symbols in a row the bigger/highligted the text will be. :)

aligurl75 10/ 2/2016 #

P.S. I love the tons of questions :) and this is email right? Not snail mail?

thebragal 10/ 7/2016 #

Yes email.

Thank you @aligurl75
