Description:

This is a monthly. swap rather than a weekly one,;If we get enough participants, we can send one card each to 2 or 3 partners. This is a swap for Christmas postcards. Your cards need to be store-bought or VERY NICELY handmade. The cards are sender's choice.

I hand-make some of my cards by recycling the fronts of the beautiful cards I receive each Christmas.) It is still an easy swap and saves a bit of cash for me and gets me into the “reduce, re-use, recycle” plan to help save a little bit of our environment. So, NICELY DONE handmade cards are OK—as are purchased postcards, of course. We just need to be certain our handmade cards are high quality.

You will send one card to each of two partners--3 partners is enough people join the swap.. These cards need to be sent written and stamped (=naked). We had 7 participants in the May swap—I am delighted to have more swappers! Thanks to all who are venturing into this easy and postage-friendly swap. You are warmly welcomed! I will leave the number of partners at 2 or 3—3 only if we get the 7-10 or more I'm hoping for this month.

If there are things you don't want to receive such as religious cards, please mention it in the comments below and / or as part of your profile. Also, when you prefer written/unwritten in an envelope, mention it in the comments. If you have a handmade postcard that cannot be sent naked, contact your partners first, and ask if they agree with an envelope.

This swap is only for postcards. So no greeting/note cards, please :-). Most importantly, have FUN! That's what Christmas and swapping are all about!
