Anyone may join,but this is mainly for newbies to get practice and rated. one (1) ATC= one (1) partner make this a secular Easter ATC(bunnies,eggs,springy). DO NOT use only stickers, you may use one,NOT a reward/childs' sticker. Try a new to you technique,create something you have a hard time letting go. Put you name,contact info and swap name on the back. No flaking,please contact partner if going to be late.If you get an Easter ATC then please rate your partner a 5,hearts are up to you.
