  • tape measure

  • treat to have with the tea

  • ribbon or trim

  • sewing embellishments

This is the category where I hope you'll be creative!

Checkout your partner's profile for ideas.

Here are the nitty gritty details:

You must have completed and been rated for ten or more type 3 swaps. If you have unresolved 1's sorry, you're out. I reserve the right to bump out questionable swappers.

All FQs must be 100% quilting quality cotton, clean and unused. Please send fabric that you would be proud to swap with your best sewing buddy and not fabric that you know that you would throw in the trash if you didn't feel so guilty. Same goes for everything else. If you don't want to get junk, don't send it!

If you don't have the time or money to assemble and mail your swap ( $10 tops assuming you don't have to buy everything ) then please don't sign up.

If on the other hand, this sounds like fun and you'd like to share your stash and can't wait to open your goodies, welcome aboard!

Please sign up and then post here to introduce yourself and your color preference.

Suggestions? ideas? Post them here!

If you have questions, please ask. I would rather have questions now than misunderstandings and hurt feelings later.

Hi everyone! I am a traditional quilter living in the midwest. I like to make old fashioned patterns using contemporary fabrics. I love rich colors and fun prints. I recently discovered miniature quilts, using reproduction fabrics. Right now I am most in need of neutrals (white, beige, tan, taupe, etc), and a new tape measure. I am forever losing them. :)

Hello all! I am looking for materials in purples, lilac or lavender tones for a small quilt block I am working on. I like small prints or mixed shades and I also love buttons. Any unusual or different buttons would be appreciated. The doctors have put me on a caffeine free diet, so even if I prefer the chocolate I will need to stick to the caffeine free teas for now. This will be FUN!!

Hi! I like nature-type colors in blues/greens/browns. I also like vintage fabric (looking for any from the '60s, in good condition - fat quarter size or larger) - maybe you have some hiding at the bottom of your fabric bin!

Looking forward to this swap! I'm a shabby chic meets mid-century mod kinda gal. Whoa! That's called eclectic, I think! :-) What's turning my eye right now are the Charley Harper bird prints, anything Tula Pink or other current modern designers, and bright true colors. Nothing muddy. Nothing dark. I'm not expecting anyone to run their legs off, so I'm happy with just about anything! I like to make pouches and totes, so any embellishments for those would be great! Thanks in advance!

I have no preference in colors, but I do like vintage reproductions

I'm open to anything but right now I'm into shabby pink colors, prints and white. I love toile.
