Description:

This is the 5th round of an ATC pocket letter swap. Please read the details before joining.

There will be 9 rounds of this swap not including extra catch up rounds and you can join in at any time. Each round you will be creating a new ATC and adding it into a 9 pocket protecting sleeve. (the kind used for baseball and other trading cards).

When you receive a sleeve that has 8 pockets filled and one left empty, you make the final ATC and send it back to the original owner. If you are joining in new to this swap, you are starting a pocket and will use a new, blank 9 pocket sleeve and make 1 ATC for it. Send it onto your partner. If you have participated before and have received a sleeve, add your new ATC into it and send it onto the partner. Please only join if you are committed to doing all the rounds (we will have catch up rounds later on), so don't worry if you miss a round or 2.

Please don't hoard/keep any sleeves you receive. Either join the swap and join in on the round robin or send it back to the sender.

On the back of the ATC you create please write you name, swap bot user name and the date.

If you are starting a new sleeve ONLY In the same pocket as your ATC on a separate piece of small memo paper/sticky note/page flag write your address. This is so the full sleeve can be sent back to you when it is full. In this swap, #5 add your ATC into the sleeve you received from last round OR IF YOU DID NOT PARTICIPATE BEFORE, START YOUR OWN SLEEVE!

Starting new? So all you need to do is grab a 9 pocket sleeve and make 1 ATC for it, include your address in the pocket on a sticky note/piece of paper, behind your ATC and send it onto your partner. Received a sleeve from last round? Please don't start a new round robin UNLESS sending it WITH the sleeve you already received! I suggest you stick to just one! Put your new ATC into this existing sleeve and send onto your next partner. I'm still waiting on a sleeve from the last round and the deadline is in a few days! What do I do?! Please join this swap even if you have not received the sleeve from the last round yet. You may get it any day up until deadline. If you have not received anything and it's deadline time, START a new one and send that. In your next round, you will use the one you received which arrived too late; then you haven't missed out :) I know mail times can be tricky, but these swaps go on trust. Please send your round robins as soon as you can when received, don't hold onto them, don't send late. I trust you all who I let into these types of swaps; so let's just have a nice experience.

Start making your ATC at any time so you have it ready to insert into the sleeve and send onwards. Check your partner when they are assigned. If you have an international partner, please consider sending ASAP :)

There will be 3 themes to choose from to make your ATC. This is to spice it up a little! You can choose any or all of the themes, it is senders choice.

You can fold up the ATC sleeve and place into a business envelope. This is cheap to mail even internationally. If you can't commit to the postage then don't join.

ATC RULES

ATC's only on sturdy backing. Medium is senders choice. No sticker slapping, minimum 2 details. Please make something nice. I know art is subjective but it is common sense if sending something that took you a few minutes to slap down onto a piece of card then this will most likely offend your partner!

ATC made to traditional ATC size - 3 1/2 by 2 1/2

Signed, dated on the back including swapbot username

Include separate note for your partner with the swap details so you can be rated quickly & easily.

ROUND FIVE THEMES

It is senders choice how you interpret these and they will change every round. You can choose to use just 1 or all the themes on your ATC. Comment below with theme request & they will be in future rounds.

1.Purple

2.Monster or Fantasy creature

3.Symbol ($,&, % for example)

HAPPY SWAPPING! - Remember to only join this swap if you are committed and reliable!
