Description:

I love needle felting! For this swap, you will create a pin for your partner. It's sender's choice, but if you want to wait to create your pin (brooch) for color suggestions from your partner's profile, you can.

Create a wearable piece of needle felted jewelry for your partner. Make sure that you have a pin or clip attached so that it can be worn. You may embellish as desired, upcycle, or repurpose to create a special piece.

I'm doing this in my fibers group as well. Please no recent ones or threes. I reserve the right to ban anyone listed as a dual profiler, late sender, or problem swapper in the forum or FOPS. I like simple, fun, creative swaps without problems. :)

This is an international swap, I've got a USA only version in my group. Do not sign up if you cannot afford international postage rates. This will be a small light package.

Please PM me if you have a concern, I do check profiles as people sign up and remove, but I will check again before assigning partners.

I will angel, if needed, after you have rated a one, but I hope not to have to do that.

There are plenty of tutorials online for needle felting and the supplies are easy to find. Michael's and Hobby Lobby both carry wool roving and felting needles if you don't have them. WARNING - It's VERY addictive.

Me too! It's my latest obsession. :) So lovely.

It's so much fun. I'm just not that great at it. I'll watch for now and see if I can get some practicing in between all the plushies I'm making right now. I did make a really cute pumpkin and a turnip once. Γ°ΕΈΛœβ‚¬

A TURNIP! lol I'd totally wear a turnip pin. :D

Besides, you can embellish with some beads and it can be free form - fabulous!

The idea of a pumpkin sounds fun for fall! I am going to pull everything out tomorrow and see what comes to mind. I made a cute little rat/mouse but that's not really wearable/pin worthy lol

I'm torn between something abstract or representational. I'm waiting for partners and I'll check for color "allergies" and favorites once we are assigned. :) I was thinking owl, jellyfish, or other sea creature.....

I'll see what I can create for that person. I am so excited about this!
