The point of a naked atc is for the receiver to beable to cut out or detach the ATC for their collection.

What do you mean by being able to cut it out?

Do you know of a sure-fire way to affix an ATC to a postcard so it won't come off in the postal machines?

I did a little test a few months back. I tried attaching an ATC to a post card with tape on all 4 sides, and completely covering the ATC and post card, both with and without a sleeve, all arrived safely without issues.

I have also drawn the ATC on a postcard so the card could be cut away from the postcard.

Also tried cutting out a 2.5 x 3.5 hole and using my atc to plug the hole, then covered in tape.

All were successes. :-)
