Tuesday you signup. Wednesday you mail off a postcard.. I will assign partners no later than 7am Pac time Wednesday morning (I will probably do it Midnight Tuesday night/Wednesday morning). PC is senders choice. You are free to check out your partners profile to get ideas, but it is not mandatory. Post card it to be sent stamped and naked (no envelope). There is no minimum rating for this one. However I will be checking ratings before sending and I will ban any excessive/unresolved 1s/3s. NEWBIES WELCOME!
