We will try our hand at a weight loss journal! First couple pages: your intro, how you have gained weight over time, what you think caused it, things you'd love to do after you lost weight. Next page: Your goals for the start of the month. Will post your starting weight and goal weight. Also write about 5-10 mini goals (can be drink more water, exercise X amount a week, walk a mile without stopping) For each month, at the start of each month we will have this page, so one for April, one for May and one for June. Each day of the month, we will use a page to log food and exercise. We will have a mood indicator (can be as simple as good mood, bad mood or go into more detail) as well as where we log foods we ate and exercise we did. We will also have a short day summary. Like a little dairy entry. If you eat or drink it, write it down. At the end of each month, we can do a month summary. Basically say what our goal was for the month and if we met it. Journals do not have to be really super decorated but washi tape is never a bad thing :D Journals will run from April 1st through June 30th. |
