Description:

I LOVE LIGHTHOUSES! And, I bet there are others out there who do as well. Here is your chance to possibly see some from around the world! For this swap, you will have 2 partners that you will send 1 postcard to. The subject should be... a lighthouse(s), and postcards should be sent naked (stamped and written on), and for this swap should be store bought and new/in good condition.

Requirements: Please have a filled out profile. No recent unresolved 1s or 3s; no more than 1 rating of 1 in the last 3 months. 4.8 rating or higher, newbies welcomed! I will angel if needed. Please remember that mail traveling "across the pond" may take a while to arrive and consider this before rating less than a 5. Also... swap-bot randomly assigns partners. Hopefully the local/international partners will be balanced and fair, but sometimes sb doesn't distribute evenly.

I will host this swap again if there is enough interest. Let me know in the comments if you'd want to participate again, and if you'd like fewer or more partners.

ps - I started a Lighthouse Lovers group for anyone interested in finding like-minded people! :)

At a later date I'd join but now is not a good time

VASaint 03/22/2015 #

Don't worry @starhiker I'll definitely be doing it again! :-P

Does it have to be single view?

VASaint 03/23/2015 #

I guess single view makes it a bit hard sometimes. I'll change @laurelrachh87

RE; sb doesn't distribute evenly - in an international swap I got my friend who lives about a mile and a half away!

VASaint 04/ 1/2015 #

@SandyLane I always end up sending overseas, but receiving from US! 😀

I live in the U.S., but have a lot of Irish lighthouse postcards I can swap. Is it okay if I send those in place of U.S. lighthouses? I was planning to send them only to U.S. addresses I am assigned.

VASaint 04/ 5/2015 #

@dsuchomelly I think that's fine Ò˜º

Can a lighthouse post card be part of a painting? Does it have to be of a place, like a tourist post card?
