January tends to be dull and grey. The excitement of Christmas is over, but it can still be a stressful time. For this swap, you will send your partner a postcard with the predominant theme of yellow or orange--something to brighten the mailbox. Perhaps you could include a quote on how to overcome stress and anxiety.
