The title of the swap says it all. You will be creating ATC’s with Mermaid’s on them. You will have 2 partners and make 2 ATC’s per partner. You will send out a total of 4 ATC’s and receive a total of 4 ATC’s. Please remember, ATC ‘finished’ size is 2.5� x 3.5�. You may use embellishments on your ATC, but remember, some of us have ATC’s holders and the ATC needs to be flat or only slightly raised. As always, this is open to anyone. Newcomers and International ATC enthusiasts are always welcome. | |
