You will have 1 partner and will send your partner ONE (1) card and ONE (1) matching envelope for them to use; any design, as long at it contains only chevron washi tape. You can use other, non-washi tape embellishments.

I feel this is a bit too vague. My intention is for you to use only chevron washi tape, but you can use other embellishments. Hope that helps! ;) I will edit the description to note this!
