Hello, I know lots of people like to collect map postcards, so I thought we could do a swap. This swap is for maps of where we live. It could be a map of the state/region/country.

The message on the back could be something about the place the map is of, what you like about living there, your favorite local food, the weather, anything like that.

As a bonus you could have the postcard handstamped locally (that is, same place as the map).

Could you clarify what you mean by postmarked locally? Since you specify it, I guess your not thinking about just dropping it into the local mailbox?

Hello @Swan thanks for your question.

Originally I was thinking that since this is a "my state/etc" swap, if you did throw it in the mailbox in the state/region/country you live in that would be enough. On reflection, yeah, lots of thepostcards I've received have postmarks which are hard or impossible to read. Hand stamping would, of course, be the way to assure that it was readable.

Since I didn't mean to make this a difficult swap, I edited it to say that it would be a BONUS if it was handstamped locally.
