Description: | |
This is a USA regional swap. We love our rubber stamps, but nobody can own all of them. This swap will let us share the images of our stamps. It will travel among the joiners of the swaps until the book is full, and be returned, like any Deco book. You will make or buy a small notebook. Folded flat, it will be about 4 inches square or so. That's for low postage to one partner. It should have a total of ten pages of something like mixed media paper, for thinness. Cover is optional. I just decorate the first page, giving return info there, so it comes back to me. You may prefer to put your return Info on the back cover. You will stamp a rubber, clear, or hand-carved stamp, even a potato or sponge print into it. Ink colors, added decoration, embossing, all are your choice on the page you decorate. Check to see that you are not repeating a stamp already in that book! Leave room to add a brief quote or a note, as well as your Name, Swap-bot name, State, and the Date. Adding an email address is also good. I add a separate note with the book identifying the swap name and round number each time. In future rounds someone new will put a stamp image in the book. The person who decorates the last page will send it home to the person who made the book. Please DO NOT commit to this series of swaps if you won't actually fulfill your obligations. No flakers! I check profiles, and you must have a filled out profile and a 4.95 rating to join. Sorry, no newbies. Please rate your partners each round. You must rate a five if you receive a swap. If Your swap is delayed, contact your partner AND me, via Swap-bot; then get it moving as soon as possible! Questions, please contact me. |
