For those Peas in the USA branch of the POD that like to sew here is a swap that features a mug rug with the main focus being “GREEN”. Using your best sewing skills create a mug rug for your partner that is focused around green fabrics prints or has a center theme of something green. Be creative and send something you would be proud to use under your own favorite mug.

Just some suggestions to get your creative juices flowing:

--feature an appliquéd pea pod in the center of the mug rug

--make your favorite quilt block featuring green fabrics

--use all different postage stamp sized green squares to crate your mug rug

Anyone interested in setting up and international version of this swap please contact me as I would love to see it happen. Sadly the international postage fees are so high I just can’t do them right now and it makes me sad to have to set up USA only swaps. (Actually the international swaps were what hooked me on swap-bot in the first place.)
