ATC with a Baker's Twine Garland or Banner

For this swap you'll be creating 1 ATC for 1 partner. Your ATC will feature a moving (or swinging!) part in the form of a tiny banner or garland strung along a length of baker's twine. The photo above shows stamps strung on baker's twine, but you may string anything you like along its length. You may choose to hang golden stars along a celestial ATC or fish along an undersea background. You may create a circus ATC and hang a flag banner across the top! Anything goes--let your imagination run wild!
