No I'm not suggesting sending 13 cards, but I'm suggesting that you find a card with a cat on it and send it to your partner on the 13th.It'd be nice if it were cancelled on the 13th but since I'll be in Virginia and not sure how their PO will handle it in Manassas I say just mail on the 13th!
