SUPER BIG State Map 1 Player per state

We are up to 11 swappers and only need 21 for all of use to be able to send out 20 map cards. We are doing great. I think we might make it. I also see 7 watchers but who knows what states the watchers are from or if they will join or if their state has been claimed.

I went to Frys which is Krogers today and got 15 AZ map cards. They only had 15. I also got 10 map cards that have a map and the state bird and all that stuff. It wasnt exactly what I had in mind for this swap. BUT I have many many other sources. My nearest CVS has map card, and Walmart sells map postcards for 27 cents.

You need 20 state maps from the state you listed. Make sure you have 20 Postcards with the state map on the front. The key here is 20 state map cards from the state you listed.

I am from Wyoming and would join but am wondering if it would be ok to stamp the back of the cards instead of writing something to each person.

I like the stamp idea, and my swap doesnt say you have to write it out. I would like a card like that, and would think it was a nice addition to my new map card collection.

I plan to print all the addresses out on the computer but write the messages. Then add decorative tape to hold down the address area.

But please folks dont print out something on paper and tape it to the card. Either stamp something or add a quote or fact about your state or write a message. I knew one player that printed out stuff (about his business mainly) and glued it on the card. Others complained.

You can also add some stickers to take up space if you dont want to write and fill up all that space for 20 cards.

I am super excited because there are many states I still need for my collection...and of those listed there are several (or more) that I need

Do you mean capitol building or the capital cities? I have seen that some people collect the state capitol building postcards. I think I would do a state capital swap and let the senders decide if they will be sending a postcard from the city. or if the want to send the building.

I didnt realize when I signed up (not having a problem in the past) that no postcards have been delivered in my area. Our major tourist attraction -a national park- had been shut down due to the gov't shut down. It took me two weeks, two counties, and 28 stores to find the map cards. I hope everyone likes them :)

WOW USA, They better be gold plated for all that work. You know I had to go a few places too to get enough map cards which is weird. Usually they are everywhere.

I wish they were, lol. The things we go through for our love of swap-bot! ...oh, and the last day it was pouring down raining and freezing too! at least I didn't get sick knock on wood
