Description: | |
You will send your partner one envelope (note card, business size or larger) filled with underwater/ocean/river/etc themed supplies. Supplies can be ephemera, scrapbook paper, ribbons, drawing, illustrations, magazine cut outs, or any other kind of paper crafting supply. Don't just send two or three items. The envelope should weight at least 1 oz, you may send extra, but you should only need one or two stamps for this swap. You may send embellishments or dimensional items as long as you remember it might cost a little more. Be sure to write non-machinable on any rigid or lumpy envelopes. Not everything in the envelope needs to be underwater/ocean/river/etc but the majority of it has to be to receive a 5 rating. This is not a profile based swap, but if there is something you would absolutely hate to receive write a message below. You may check your partners profile if you'd like to send a more personalized envelope. THINGS TO REMEMBER: Themes are open to interpretation. (ie: if the theme is "monsters" you can send famous movie monster items or made up monsters items) Send a variety of items. (ie: if the theme is "birds" don't send a bunch of pictures of birds, also send scrapbook paper, ribbons, words, embellishments, everything you need to make a complete altered page) Don't spend a fortune on this swap. It is meant to be simple, quick, and cheap! Remember to put the swap name and your username somewhere in the envelope. This is the first in the series. I'll also host other themes such as Celestial, Anatomy, Creepy, Dreams, Imagination, Fairy Tales, Quotes, Vintage, Alphabet/Numbers, Whimsical, Underwater, Magic, etc. I'm open to suggestions, leave a comment with your theme ideas. |
