Description:

As stated in the swap name, this swap is all about swapping papers. There isn't any restriction of what kind or sizes of papers to send as long as they are made of paper and in good condition. Though it's sender's choice to choose what and how many to send, please try to make your mail exciting by having different kinds of papers with nice/interesting visuals.

To avoid participants from sending out too little, please send at least 15 pieces of paper, regardless of sizes. The papers can be of the same kind but with different design/prints. Do not send a book or magazine with more than 15 pages and count that as your "15 kinds of paper" for your partner.

â‹™ What you can do with the papers:
Paper collage, Mail Art, Artist Trading Card, Crafting, Journaling, Ephemera collection, etc.

Here is a list of references of what you can send:

  • Clipping from magazine/book/newspaper/etc
  • Loose sheet from book/magazine/etc
  • Memo sheet
  • Pattern paper (eg. origami paper, scrap booking paper, wrapping paper cut to smaller size, etc)
  • Ticket
  • Brochure
  • Leaflet
  • Postcard
  • Advertisement Postcard
  • Envelope
  • Postage Stamp
  • Blank Form
  • Paper Bag
  • Non-English printed paper
  • Apparels' label tag
  • Packaging (You can choose to send the whole box flattened or cut out one side)
  • Partner's Profile Likes/Wish List

Do not send anything that is obscene, scary or disgusting. No solid color papers too unless you think the type of paper you have is really unique and can only be found at certain places.

To join, participants should have a rating of at least 4.9 with no unexplained 1 and 3 ratings. This isn't a swap for newbies, so participants with less than 20 completed swaps for Type 2 and 3 are not allowed. I will look into every profile and ban anyone if I feel that you will flake before assigning partners.

Last but not least, let's start digging for papers!

Do sheets from letter sets count, too?

jellyrabby 09/11/2013 #

@AnnSo yea as long as it is made of paper. i know letter sheets are easy to get/find but avoid sending too many or have only letter sheets as your 15 pieces of paper. (๑^◡^๑)

beenebag 09/17/2013 #

is there a minimum size for each sheet?

jellyrabby 09/18/2013 #

@beenebag nope but at least not too small till it seems no purpose for any usage or just a boring piece of tiny paper.
