New swap series for 2013!! Each month we'll create an atc with an acohol related theme:) With postal prices increasing AGAIN, this should be inexpensive swap to mail, so everyone can play! March's theme is ........... Wine! It's up to your own interpretation of the theme. FUN STUFF: Standard ATC sizing applies (2.5"x3.5") Sender's choice to one partner. NOT SO FUN STUFF: Do your best work, send on time and rate fairly & promptly. Sticker slappin' is not an acceptable form of a creative ATC.
