Due to postage costs this will be USA ONLY!!! So sorry to our International friends:(((

Ok....if you LOVE...LOVE...LOVE your slow cooker and LOVE...LOVE...LOVE the delicious aroma of Slow Cookery goodness filling your house then this swap's for YOU!!!

Step 1: First you will need a composition book with atleast 40-50 pages. The black & white composition books that measure 9 3/4" x 7 1/2" are perfect. The pages don't tear out easily and the pages are a good size to have enough room to write complete recipes on without being crowded. Sooooo......run out and buy one of these journals and if you prefer, you can cover or decorate the front and back any way you want to. On the inside of the front cover write the name of the swap (Slow Cookery Recipe Journal), your real name and your username. Then on the inside back cover write your name, mailing address and a note to please return the journal home to you when it is full.

Step 2: Now, at the top of the first page write "Table of Contents". Leave the 1st 3 pages blank for everyone to list their recipes as they write them in your journal. Now it's time to start adding recipes:))) On pages 4-8 of the journal, write 5 of your favorite slow cooker recipes. Only write on the front of each page.....PLEASE do not write on the back of the pages. As you write your recipes, write the page numbers (1,2,3,4,5) in the top right hand corner of the page and circle the number. Also list each recipe with corresponding number in the Table of Contents. Hopefully in the future your partners will follow suit so that when you receive your journal back you will have a nicely organized recipe book:)))

Step 3: Now pack the book up and ship it to your partner. In the next round and all subsequent rounds you will write 5 recipes in the journal which you received from the previous round and will mail it to your assigned partner for each round.

SWAP REQUIREMENTS: You MUST have atleast a 4.98 rating with no '1' or '3' ratings within the past 3 months. Newbies MUST have been rated on 10 type 3 swaps and have a 5.0 rating. Any unresolved ratings will be looked at on a case by case basis. If you do not intend to follow through with this swap obligation then ....PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP!!!

I changed the requirement of 80 pages to 40-50 pages. The composition book I am using for this has 80 pages, but I know some of you may not have that many pages, but that is quite alright:) This will be your recipe book that you will receive back in the end, so if you are happy with the number of recipes that will fit in your book then that is all that matters:)))
