The Art of Tim Burton

Requirements:

• In light of Tim Burton's new book The Art of Tim Burton, I thought it would be awesome to create some Tim Burton based mail art and a piece of art.

• For this swap you are to create mail art on an envelope, back and front, decorated with Tim Burton art (e.g. cutouts, painted, collage, etc.), and feel free to include some of your own TB inspired designs.

• For the flat piece of art, you can create whatever you'd like: an ATC, inchies (4), twinchies (3), a mini 'zine, a small canvas (4 x 6 inches), or something else similar. Again, feel free to use whatever art techniques you'd like (e.g. collage, paint, drawing, etc.).

• These pieces can be any theme of his work, related to movies, sketches, etc. Just keep in mind his style, aesthetic and colors for your mail art and flat art piece.

• Please let me know if you need help or clarification for any of the sizes or terminology! Tim Burton inspiration: here and over here.

• If you have any trouble with anything, let your partner know - and myself - immediately so we can figure out the problem before the send date.

• Your partner should receive a 5 rating if the swap followed the requirements and was sent on time!
