This is @melimar 's idea - thx! (";) Let's send a lovely little Christmas parcel to our partner. It can consist of one gift or several small ones. Purchased or handmade - sender's choice. Total value to be no more than $10US. This is a profile surprise swap and can be anything you like - it does not necessarily have to be paper related. Wrap it up and include a card with a personal message from you to your partner. [Admin BS: You know the drill. (";)] Merry Christmas and have fun!

Is there a value min? Cause this can range from scrap to 10$ and doesn't sound too fair.. I'll watch for now but if it could be edited to an actual value I'd love to join :)

I have only put a maximum value because a lot of us like to make items and it is difficult to put a price on those.

You haven't been very active in this group so perhaps do not realize that no one here would ever send a piece of scrap crap for a TPD swap (unless that was was the swap was for).

Our members are generous to a fault and always send what they would like to receive themselves - and since this is a Christmas gift swap, I can assure you that you will not be shortchanged.

So the choice is yours. (";)

When I hand make or hand craft items, I like to look at similar items on etsy to determine a value. This way I can make sure that I am being fair and reasonable. AND TPD swappers do tend to err on the side of over-generosity!

What an awesome swap! I wish I could join, but I can't because of my moving hoopla, but I can only imagine the awesome stuff this stellar group of ladies with receive!

@TerryF : Yes I have been new here, I have been 'burned' several times on public swaps because the swap wasn't clear.. but you're right, I should give it a shot :)

I couldn't mail mine until this morning. Our PO here has been closed since Wednesday at noon... The mail room has been open, but Mrs Crowder( the cranky older lady running that cracker box) hasn't been in to open the window...
