High time for another round of these :)
For this swap you'll get to use the canceled postage stamps you've been saving up in a creative and fun way :)

Objective: Create 1 ATC's for 2 partners (that's 2 ATC's in total) with a canceled postage stamp inspiring your ATC. Meaning, don't make an ATC and just stick a canceled postage on it, but let the postage stamp image be the main focus on your ATC. See the swap example picture, this is one I sent to my partner for a swap. You can find more postage art examples on flickr here Stamp it! Postage Art You can use whatever medium you would like for this ATC, as long as your main focus is the postage stamp. This is needles to say in this group, but I'll say it anyway: create something that you'll be proud of receiving yourself :) You'll have ample time creating your ATC's, since this is not profile based, you can already start on your ATC's before partner's are assigned :)

The obvious bit You already had to have a rating of 4.9+ with no recent no-sends/late swaps, 1s or 3s to join this group anyway, so the same stands for this swap. The rating filter is in place so if you drop below that you're automaticly dropped from the swap. If you feel like you have an unfair rating PM me about it so we can work it out. If there are any other concerns please contact me about it.

Actually no. If someone has a rating that qualifies when they join the swap but then they drop below that rating, the automatic rating doesn't drop them, you have to drop them manually. Just thought I'd let you know so there are no mishaps! :)

Fantastic swap idea too, by the way! :D Watching for now until I have something made!
