Use any medium you would like, as long as you incorporate many colors onto your owl.

Anything multi colored. I would say three or more colors. :-)

wait, the owl itself has to be multicolored? not just backgrounds? back to the drawing board...lol. ::currently thinking, "yay! I get to make another owlie!!::
