For this swap you will make one ATC for one partner Do you remember when you were a kid you couldn't wait till March when the wind blew hard and you would fly your kites. It was so much fun, seeing whoes kite got the highest. The card must have a "Kite" on it Can be hand drawn, rubber stamped, die cut. But please don't just put a STICKER on it and call it done. .
